We understand things happen! However to ensure our scheduling stays consistent and we can maintain client/stylist respect, any appointments canceled less than 24 hours before your appointment time will be charged a $50 cancellation fee! Thank you for understanding!

NO SHOW

A no show is someone who doesn’t call or answer when we call and you are subject to being charged 100% of the service that was scheduled.
